Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes what is allowed and prohibited on SpeedNode services. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Permitted use

Subject to applicable law, the following is generally allowed:

• General websites, applications, and media hosting
• Business and personal projects that comply with law
• Lawful content and services that do not violate this AUP

3. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the services for:

• Illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material
• Fraud, phishing, scams, or identity theft
• Malware, botnets, or unauthorized network access
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Copyright or trademark infringement after valid notice
• Violence, terrorism, or credible threats
• Any activity that creates legal or operational risk to SpeedNode or its customers

4. Resource abuse

You may not run processes that unreasonably degrade shared infrastructure, conduct unapproved network scans, or use the service to attack third parties.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Actions can include warnings, content removal, suspension, or termination without refund for serious or repeated breaches.

6. Reporting

Report abuse or illegal content to [email protected]. Include relevant URLs, timestamps, and evidence when possible.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
