By using SpeedNode services you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We provide virtual private servers, dedicated servers, and related hosting services. Service levels, hardware, and locations may vary by package. We may update offerings with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Fees are due as stated at order time. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
Use of the services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal content and activity are prohibited. Lawful content that complies with applicable law and this AUP is generally permitted.
You retain ownership of content you host. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring it complies with law. We are not liable for customer content or third-party actions.
We aim for 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause downtime. Credits, if any, are limited to the terms of your package.
Either party may terminate according to the notice terms of the relevant package. We may suspend or terminate immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, or legal risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated when practical.
